Staterooms Both the en suite double staterooms have been used as the owner’s accommodation at one time and so have excellent space and facilities, including full length wardrobes with ventilation to keep your clothes dry and crease-free. The berths also all come with lee cloths for sea passages and reading lights for more comfortable overnight stays. Reclining on the luxurious king size bed, you’ll see reading lights on all sides. This bed is so big you can lie in any direction – great when the boat’s heeled over. Once you’ve found your perfect romantic anchorage, the CD player will let you bring the atmosphere downstairs, and for those lazy Sunday mornings, double width teak bookcases and magazine racks provide plenty of space for your onboard library. Four hanging wardrobes and eight cupboards mean there’s plenty of space for even the most generous packer’s clothes. 
Step into the gigantic en suite shower room and you’ll find it’s almost like the one at home. A water heater which runs off the engine, generator or shore power and a huge 40 litre hot water tank mean everyone on board can use the full height power shower to wash the salt off before dressing for dinner. A 700 litre tank and 12V watermaker ensure you never run out of fresh water, however long you spend at anchor or on passage. There’s even a washing machine to keep the laundry up to date so there’s no need to ever entrust yourself to the vagaries of marina facilities again. 
With two hanging lockers, six large cupboards and two alcoves, your guests can bring as much luggage as they like. There won’t even be a problem stowing the bags. Walking into the mosaic-tiled en suite shower room, your guests will also find plenty of space for all their toiletries. On the outside of the door, there’s a long mirror opposite a double plug socket conveniently placed for hair dryers. Two overhead hatches provide light and ventilation, and make handing sails up from the under-bed locker easy. The bed’s double thickness mattress means your guests will sleep in comfort even in bad weather. Free Lady never slams, so the only problem our guests have reported is dolphin song waking them up!
