  • Beam: 4.0m
  • Draft: 1.95m
  • Displacement: 16.9 tons

Propulsion

  • 110 hp Yanmar 4LH-TE marine diesel with 1200 hours use (as at 01-04)
  • Triple-bladed bronze feathering 24" Max-Prop propellor
  • Ambassador Marine rope cutter
  • Side-power 7 hp twin bow thruster

Under engine, at an economical 1800 rpm and c.7 knots, it is almost silent in the cockpit. Open the throttle for a top speed of c.9 knots, and there’s only slightly more noise. The yacht has a range of 800-1000 nm under power.

The cavernous engine room can be easily accessed from above through the saloon floor or from the side through the aft heads so you have hassle-free access to all user-serviceable parts. I changed the belt, engine oil and filters in under an hour!

  • Furlex roller-furling foresail
